Current Dominiak Cues Tour Player
Rankings for the 2009/2010 season.
Tour rankings will serve 3 purposes:
#1) Players must be ranked in the top 64 at season end to participate in the tour finale. Ties at 64 all eligible.
#2) The top ranked player at season end will be the tour Player Of The Year. Earning a paid entry into the tour finale and recognition.
#3) The rankings give players a measure of their ability so they can set their own goals.
New points system for the 2009/2010 season! The points will now be distributed more evenly and on a performance based system.
***Each player starts with 5 points for entering the tour stop. This will be the minimum you can earn just for entering.
***In addition to the 5 starting points, players will be awarded 10 points for each match won on the winners side of the brackets. Players on the losers side bracket will recieve 5 points for each win. And the finals is a 20 point match. So you get rewarded for each win instead of last years system where you had to finish high to earn more points. No points are awarded for a bye.
Each tour stop awards points as follows:
-Each entrant recieves 5 points to start.
-Each win on the winners side adds 10 points
-Each win on the losers side adds 5 points
-The "finals" winner recieves 20 points
(an opening round win is a winners side win)
2009/2010 Current Player Tour Rankings:: Top 64 eligible for tour finale.
Next to each players name is accumulated tour points. The Player with the most points is in the lead etc..etc..
